quoted is determined by a number of factors including specifications of
the hard drive, operating system and/or file system, size of the drive,
single or multiple drive configuration, and the complexity of the

We offer 3 different evaluation service types to meet your needs:
Standard Service Evaluation (FREE)
Standard working hours. Please allow 2-3 business days for the
evaluation to complete.
Preferred Service Evaluation (FREE)
Move the job ahead of standard service jobs. Response within
1-2 business days. This service is available through an approved
referral or by making a reservation by phone.
Priority Service Evaluation ($250 upfront fee)
This evaluation service type takes precedence over both the
preferred and standard service evaluations. It ensures same day
evaluation during standard working hours.
Note: An evaluation service fee may apply to drives that have
previously been opened.
An upfront evaluation fee will apply to multiple drives configured in
a RAID array.
